About the Consultation

The initial 45 minute consultation covers a comprehensive review of your health including a thorough nutritional and dietary assessment with goal setting. You will be given an outline of your situation and the best course of action for moving forward and your review consultation will be booked for one week’s time.

The cost of the initial consultation (£65) covers the assessment plus the development of your programme, which can take 1-2 hours as it is individually prescribed. With this service you get value for money as your programme ‘leaves no stone unturned’ to ensure you get a detailed plan of action.

Your programme is discussed with you at your review consultation (£35). You will leave knowing the pathway you need to take to reach your goals. Clients are required to commit to £100 for the development of their programme. Follow up consultations are required to monitor progress towards your goals and are usually every 2-4 weeks depending on each clients needs. Discount referrals are available for hypnotherapy and at home personal training.

Payment must be made on the day of your appointment by cash or cheque.

Cancellation policy

Your custom is taken seriously, therefore if you are unable to make your appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice before your appointment so your slot can be made available to other clients. Failure to do this will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your arranged fee.
